About the Role This opportunity is somewhat unique due to the level of quality Court time, working on some of the most exciting cases. You would be part of an expert litigation practice, with over 20 contentious litigators who are driven but team focused. The role would involve a diverse range of litigation work, such as civil, commercial, criminal, public law/regulatory, sport, trust, estates, and insolvency disputes. Within this wide range of challenging work, we litigate in all court and tribunal levels, as well as mediated and arbitral processes. You will gain both client facing and court experience for top tier clients. There would also be the opportunity to travel around New Zealand, as we litigate around the country. As part of a progressive and growing firm, the successful candidate would receive ongoing training and professional development, with the opportunity to progress within the firm.
