This firm has a dynamic team and has a current opening for an experienced solicitor to work across an exciting mix of litigation and dispute resolution matters. This firm is mid-sized and is looking to expand their Hamilton based office, therefore, they are currently seeking an experienced litigator to join their growing team; making it a very exciting time to come on board! About the opportunity This is a brilliant opportunity for a Litigation and Dispute Resolution Solicitor with 2-5 years PQE. In this role you will be working across a variety of interesting areas including, but not limited to: Construction law Civil Litigation and dispute resolution Commercial litigation Insolvency and business restructure Private client disputes In this role you will be provided with top quality support from the litigation partners who have an open-door policy. This firm encourages mentorship so you will be able to develop your career within a supportive learning environment. You will be given a high level of exposure with the opportunity to regularly appear in both the District and High Courts to engage with clients directly. About you 2-5 years' experience, ideally working across dispute resolution matters. Can-do attitude and motivation to progress your career further. The ability to work well both independently and within a collaborative team. Brilliant communication skills, both verbal and written. Ability to relate well to clients.
