We have a great opportunity for a motivated individual to join the Marketing Team at Lodge, one of Hamilton's largest real estate agencies.
About the role This role plays an integral part in providing support to the marketing team, it demands a keen eye for detail as you are responsible for the administration of Lodge auctions, activating the marketing for all Lodge listings and overseeing the design and printing of marketing collateral.
Scheduling requests, monitoring bookings and managing a busy work flow, this role requires excellent organisational skills with a positive attitude.
A typical day: Managing bookings for agent marketing requests Preparing and finalising conditions of sales Completing auction prep and conducting auctions Creating/proofing artwork and printing collateral Ensure listing marketing is activated on time and accurately Assisting team on projects as required About you: You will have a few years of solid work experience and are looking for that next step to work within an established Marketing team.
You will be proficient in the Microsoft Suite, Google Suite and Adobe Creative Suite Have good knowledge of office administration systems and processes Be service orientated with a 'can do' attitude Strong communication skills, both verbal and written Good organisational and time management skills Why work for Lodge?
