Based in Auckland, and reporting to the Team Leader, the Trenchless Lining Technician's primary role is to ensure safe, efficient and quality delivery of trenchless renewals in the three waters network whilst making sure processes and installation SOPs are followed to ensure achievement of Veolia's and clients outcomes.

Contribute to the regional based operations team as required.
Ensure all fleet and equipment is serviceable and any issues or unserviceability is reported to the construction manager as soon as identified.
Contribute to the site management of the Health and Safety, Quality and Environmental Management Systems while applying the procedures in all aspects of work.
Comply with the requirements of Veolia New Zealand Occupational Health and Safety and Environmental Policy Statements, including participation at local toolbox and health and safety meetings.
Adhere to all written and verbal instructions, procedures and information issued by Veolia New Zealand relating to both health and safety and environmental issues and with all relevant clauses of the Integrated Business Management System Manual.
Report any problems with the business management system, particularly in relation to the management of occupational health and safety, environment and drinking water.
Undertake such general duties as required for the effective provision of services to the client and customers.
What you'll need to be successful Skills and Qualifications: Confined Space Certification Working at Heights Certification First Aid Site Safe Level 4 Pipeline and Construction Maintenance - Trenchless Technologies Strand or a willingness to work towards this qualification.
Current Class 2 driver's licence (preferably with Class 4) with WTR and F Endorsements.
Experience: 5+ Years Experience trenchless renewals technology (Spiral Lining, Fold and Form or CIPP) in wastewater and stormwater networks Proficient at operating robotic cutter, CCTV systems and LJR/Tophat Installation systems.
Previous experience in three waters network operations and maintenance is advantageous Personal Attributes: Proven ability to maintain accurate work records.
