Role Description This is a full-time on-site role as a Line Lead at Fleur Foods in Tauranga. The Line Lead will be responsible for overseeing daily production activities, ensuring quality standards are met, coordinating with the production team, and maintaining a safe work environment. Additionally, the Line Lead will be involved in training new staff and optimizing production processes. Qualifications Experience in food production or manufacturing Strong leadership and communication skills Ability to multitask and prioritize workload Knowledge of food safety regulations and practices Problem-solving and decision-making abilities Attention to detail and quality control Previous experience in a supervisory role is a plus Relevant certifications in food safety or production management #J-18808-Ljbffr
