About the role
We are seeking a vibrant and experienced Line Cook to join our Diner and Deli team. The ideal candidate will assist in food preparation, cooking, and maintaining a clean and organised kitchen.
Key responsibilities will include:
Assist the head chef in the preparation and cooking of meals
Ensure that the kitchen operates in a timely way that meets our quality standards
Assist in inventory management and ordering supplies
Ensure compliance with food safety and hygiene standards
Maintain a positive and professional approach with co-workers and customers
Requirements:
Culinary Qualification
2-3 Years Experience
Availability to work within opening hours (e.g., evenings, public holidays, weekends)
Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment
Strong communication and interpersonal skills; be passionate about food, people, and cheese
Deliver exceptional customer service and a world-class experience

Our Diner & Deli is the brand experience and spiritual home of Whitestone Cheese, providing a link to the factory with factory tours.
