The LIM & Property Information Team are looking for a positive, proactive and motivated individual to join their busy team.
About the role | Ko te mahi nei
As a LIM & Property Information Officer, your key responsibilities will be processing Land Information Memorandum's and Property file requests for both residential and commercial properties throughout the Christchurch City Council District. Your day might include:
Assessing, processing and Issuing of LIM(s)
Offering the public advice and support
Administration of Property Files
Identifying, investigating and managing risk, ensuring all files are compliant under LGOIMA
Collaborating with both your team and the wider council staff

The LIM & Property Information Officer position is an excellent role for candidates who have a strong background in customer service and administration. You will:
Be confident dealing with customers via phone and email
Be computer literate, quick to pick up new systems and processes
Have a strong eye for detail
Preferably have experience with local authority or a willingness to learn

Hours of work - 37.5 - 40 hours per week
Position - Permanent
Location - This position is primarily based at Te Hononga, Christchurch City Council Civic Offices - 53 Hereford Street
Salary - The salary band for this position goes from $62,674 to $69,638 per annum based on a 40 hour week. Starting salaries will be based on knowledge, skills and experience the successful candidate brings to the role, and relativities both, within the immediate team and in the broader organisation for the same or similar roles.
