APRA AMCOS is a key business partner to Kiwi music creators. Our members—songwriters, composers, and music publishers—fuel the rhythm of Aotearoa's music scene. Through OneMusic we license organisations to play, perform, copy, or record our members' incredible music, ensuring they receive their well-deserved royalties.
We are seeking a dedicated Licensing Representative to join our team at OneMusic New Zealand. This role is crucial in managing and maximising revenue opportunities from our eCommerce customer journey, ensuring the conversion of licence fees from lead to sale, including instances where customers require assistance or follow up.
Key Responsibilities:
Monitor incoming eCommerce-related inquiries and provide assistance to customers, finalising licensing where possible.
Build positive relationships with prospective customers and assist them in seamlessly completing their eCommerce onboarding.
Monitor and promptly action abandoned eCommerce journeys for both self-guided and unguided leads.
Contact prospective customers, as identified by the business, to assist them on their eCommerce journey.
Provide eCommerce-related transaction insights on trends and reporting as required.
Qualifications and Skills:
Proven experience in a customer service or sales role, preferably within an eCommerce environment.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to build and maintain positive relationships with clients.
Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
Proficiency in using CRM software, Microsoft 365 and other relevant tools.
Analytical skills to provide insights on eCommerce transactions and trends.
