About the opportunity Reporting to the National Surveyor Manager, this position has both technical and people focused facets. In doing this you will:
Conduct high-quality cadastral surveys and ensure all documentation meets legal and company standards, minimizing LINZ requisitions. Collaborate with clients, councils, and contractors to deliver innovative survey solutions that balance commercial and environmental interests. Maintain exceptional client service, ensuring timely project delivery and effective communication to foster repeat business and enduring partnerships. Uphold Landpro's health and safety standards, ensuring all work complies with legislative requirements and company procedures. Manage project timelines and budgets, leveraging technology and team collaboration to exceed client expectations. About you You are a Licensed Surveyor with a strong foundation in cadastral work, topographic surveys, and engineering design. Your proficiency with Landonline, 12D, AutoCAD, Pix4D, and Leica instruments is complemented by your strong understanding of regional and district council consent processes and relevant legislation.

Your exceptional communication skills enable you to build strong relationships with clients, councils, and contractors, ensuring projects are completed to the highest standard and in a timely manner.
