Licensed Cadastral Surveyor, Warkworth Surveyors LtdWarkworth Surveyors Limited is a well-established land surveying company that's been practicing in the Rodney Area, north of Auckland, for over 30 years. We're a small, experienced, and efficient team providing high quality surveying services to our clients. We're involved in a broad range of urban and rural subdivision and/or land development projects, providing our friendly staff with a healthy variety in their work.
We're looking for a Licensed Cadastral Surveyor wanting to settle in this idyllic area preferably with the view to taking on partial or full ownership of the business in the near to medium future.
Required Qualifications & Experience New Zealand qualified Licensed Cadastral Surveyor.Have a sound knowledge of the Resource Consent Process.Be familiar with Landonline (New and Legacy) and the current Cadastral Survey Rules 2021.Have good communication skills and be able to work autonomously or within a team.Preferably, have a full NZ driver licence.Tasks & Responsibilities Manage survey projects for our clients.Manage field staff.Liaise with clients, other consultants, Council and LINZ to expedite client projects.Check, sign and certify cadastral survey datasets.Check and certify other survey deliverables.If this is of interest, we'd love to hear from you.
