It's an exciting role as the scale of our projects can vary enormously, from helping private property owners to leading multi-disciplinary project teams in a collaborative approach to completion of multi staged projects. Key responsibilities in this role include:- undertaking various types of surveys including land transfer, topographical, and land development- resource consent applications and assessments of effects- providing pre-purchase or pre-development property advice to clients- engaging in community and Council consultations and meetings- building strong, positive relationships with clients, allied professionals and Council staff. - Skills required:This role is perfect for a Licenced Cadastral Surveyor or Technician with at least 2 years' experience.
