With a strong pipeline of current and future work, we're seeking a Senior Surveyor to join our Christchurch team.The Opportunity:You will manage and work together with the team to deliver subdivisions, multi-unit and comprehensive developments ranging from two to 500 lotsCurate subdivision design and civil engineering designEnsure accurate Cadastral Survey Datasets and other survey deliverables are completed on timeSupervise and mentor the next generation of surveying professionalsJoin a team of around 50 surveyors, civil engineers, planner and project managers in our modern office in central ChristchurchAbout you:An experienced Licensed Cadastral Surveyor or Survey TechnicianCompetent with Landonline and 12D softwareAn excellent written and oral communicatorAble to work independently and organise work programmesProficient with field work techniques and quality assurance processes for GPS and Total StationHave an understanding of the RMA, planning processes and other relevant legislationWorking at InovoWe are professional, hardworking people.
