Being a Licensed Cadastral Surveyor with NZ-based cadastral knowledge is crucial for this role. Only New Zealand based candidates will be considered for this position. You will Have extensive knowledge of subdivision, cadastral and land surveying projects within New Zealand with a proven track record A relevant survey related qualification (LCS) Have a minimum of 5 years' experience in the cadastral/land surveying sector Have experience in the operation of modern scheduling/ programming systems and technologies Possess excellent organisation skills to aid your ability to work autonomously to manage and progress complicated projects Enjoy building relationships with clients and within a diverse work environment The role Take on a diverse range of captivating and challenging projects that will keep you engaged and continuously developing as a surveyor. The work you will be involved with is large-scale residential projects from conception to completion managing varied projects from across the region working alongside in-house planners and engineers.
