Licensed Cadastral Surveyor

The Company & The Role:
A specialised Project Management, Project Planning consultancy that specialise in Land Development, Infrastructure and Construction projects. We are on the lookout for an experienced Surveyor to join their Auckland office, LCS being key. 
With 2 offices NZ based across Auckland and Christchurch – they are in a significant growth phase and are looking to add to their already strong Surveying team of 10 in the South Island and grow in the North Island region. Working on a wide range of projects involving cadastral, topographical, construction surveying across subdivisions, irrigation, commercial infrastructure, and civil structures.
This is an opportunity to take over the management of establishing the Auckland division, with projects already on the go in the North Island. 
Applicants must have the following qualities: LCS certified, along with teritary degree Exposure to 12d, ability to use relevant softwates from GPS, robotic total station and landonline Enthusiasm and the ability to run and mentor graduate-intermediates Being able to liaise with clients and contractors on site Excellent verbal and written communication skills They are very innovative with their approach and always looking at new ways of working for speed and efficiency while still delivering quality. This is a role that could lead you down a path of becoming a Director and pathway to equity long term if you are this way inclined.
