Opportunity to take the lead on a new Auckland division. With an already established Surveying & Engineering team in Chch, hot projects ready to go!
The Company & The Role: A specialised Project Management, Project Planning consultancy that specialise in Land Development, Infrastructure and Construction projects. We are on the lookout for an experienced Surveyor to join their Auckland office, LCS being key.
With 2 offices NZ based across Auckland and Christchurch – they are in a significant growth phase and are looking to add to their already strong Surveying team of 10 in the South Island and grow in the North Island region. Working on a wide range of projects involving cadastral, topographical, construction surveying across subdivisions, irrigation, commercial infrastructure, and civil structures.
This is an opportunity to take over the management of establishing the Auckland division, with projects already on the go in the North Island.
Applicants must have the following qualities: LCS certified, along with tertiary degree
Exposure to 12d, ability to use relevant software from GPS, robotic total station and landonline
Enthusiasm and the ability to run and mentor graduate-intermediates
Being able to liaise with clients and contractors on site
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
