With a strong pipeline of current and future work, we're seeking a Senior Surveyor to join our Christchurch team.
The Opportunity: You will have the opportunity to lead and work together with the team to deliver subdivisions, multi-unit and comprehensive developments ranging from two to 500 lots.
Utilise the latest surveying technology and computer software.
Curate subdivision design and civil engineering design.
Ensure accurate Cadastral Survey Datasets and other survey deliverables are completed on time.
Supervise and mentor the next generation of surveying professionals.
Join a team of around 50 surveyors, civil engineers, planners and project managers in our modern office in central Christchurch.
About you: An experienced Licensed Cadastral Surveyor or Senior Surveyor.
Competent with Landonline and 12D software.
An excellent written and oral communicator.
Able to work independently and organise work programmes.
Proficient with field work techniques and quality assurance processes for GPS and Total Station.
Have an understanding of the RMA, planning processes and other relevant legislation.
