The Role We are looking for vibrant and enthusiastic individuals who are passionate about connecting with the community and fostering a love of learning through the support of our physical and digital library collections.
As the first point of contact for members of our libraries, you will play an essential role in the delivery of our awesome services. You will be an excellent communicator with a can-do attitude and thrive when delivering exceptional frontline customer service. When it comes to all things tech, you will have it covered.
Responsibilities: Provide exceptional frontline customer service to library members.Support the physical and digital library collections.Engage with the community to promote library services and resources.Be available to work at short notice to cover absences.Requirements: Relevant experience working within a library or similar customer-focused environment.Flexible workstyle and availability.Right to live and work in this location.The hourly rate for this role is $28.58 - $29.44.
