This is a front-line customer service role where duties range from reader's advisory, issuing and returning library materials, shelving, admin tasks, assisting customers in the use of technology, registering new members, and cash receipting.
The hours of work are as follows:Wednesdays to Fridays 5.00pm - 8.00pmSaturdays & Sundays 11.00am - 4.00pmCity Library Assistant positions focus on front line customer service, working across Lending, Youth, Information and Heritage Services areas.
