We have an exciting Libraries & Council Services Assistant opportunity in Auckland Central City. A Library & Council Service Assistant plays a vital part within our library service and ensures that the Central City Hub (including the Central City Library, Ellen Melville Centre, Albert Park Caretaker's Cottage and Te Wharekura) provides a world-class customer experience that is second to none.
No two days are the same; you will greet and assist customers with a variety of queries from assisting customers to access library & council services, supporting with the delivery of programmes and events, digital troubleshooting, and general computer queries.
The Central City Library is open 7 days a week, so flexibility around working days, including weekends and late nights, is required.
This is a part-time permanent opportunity.
Flexibility, adaptability, superb people skills, a willingness to learn, a passion for customer service, and a can-do attitude are essential.
