You will have the skills to engage with your community, and the leadership and confidence to develop, promote, and deliver innovative library programmes, events, and services.
You will have a collaborative approach and comfortably demonstrate your whanaungatanga and manaakitanga every day.
Qualifications and experience requirements: Level 5 qualification and a minimum of 1 year relevant experience, along with knowledge and understanding of children's librarianship, including collection management, planning, and programming.

Hours of work - Permanent, full-time (37.5 hours per week), Sunday - Thursday including one evening shift to 8pm per week Location - This position is primarily based at Turanga, 60 Cathedral Square, Christchurch Salary - $65,502 - $72,780 per Annum - Starting salaries will be based on knowledge, skills, and experience the successful candidate brings to the role, and relativities both within the immediate team and in the broader organisation for the same or similar roles.
