As a Level 3 Support Engineer, you'll be at the heart of the support team, collaborating closely with two visionary directors who lead by example. Here's what's in it for you:

The team is looking for a true tech enthusiast who thrives on tackling desktop, server, and networking challenges. Ideally, you've got prior Level 3 experience in a fast-paced MSP setting. Other attributes will include:
Australian Permanent Residency or Citizenship.Relevant IT qualifications (Microsoft, VMware, Cisco).Strong technical prowess with O365, Veeam, VMware/Hyper-V.Experience with Azure cloud technologies.Expertise in Windows Servers and Desktops.Polished communication skills with a friendly phone presence.Proactive and customer-centric work ethic.What's in Store for You:
