Your New Role
Due to an internal promotion, there's an opportunity for a Level 1 IT Support Engineer to join the team. Reporting to the Service Delivery Manager, and working as part of an accomplished team of engineers, the Level 1 IT Support Engineer will assist customers in overcoming basic IT issues via phone and email. Additionally, you will support a range of clients with maintaining their IT environment as well as deliver projects around cyber security, cloud computing, infrastructure, and networks.
About You!
• You have completed an IT related degree and ideally working towards certifications (ITIL ideally).
• Will have no more than a couple of years of comparable experience in an IT related support position or graduate role.
• You have experience working with Windows Servers, Azure, switches, routers, and Microsoft O365.
• Interpersonally, you are a friendly and approachable communicator with a passion for all things technology. You enjoy working as part of a team, but can also work independently.
• You are keen to expand your skills and knowledge and have an interest in gaining product certifications and additional training to advance your career.
