We are looking for 4 new x-factor, forward-thinking & bubbly Lending Consultants to be part of our growing Lending Department, reporting to the Branch Manager.
ABOUT THE ROLE
Receiving and processing loan applications from phone, email, online, broker, and dealer enquiries.
Analyzing loan details, thinking quickly, finding solutions, and making quick and effective approval decisions.
Collating and preparing submissions with recommendations to management for discretionary lending amounts.
Providing accurate information services to customers.
Loading and maintaining accurate client data and records.
Liaising with other financial institutions.
Supporting other Lending Consultants and the department with administrative tasks.
Building relationships and networking with customers, brokers, dealerships, and the community.
Promoting services and products.

Excellent time management skills and the ability to multitask.

Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
Excellent computer skills with Fin Power or Fin Connect experience, although not essential.
A team player with excellent phone manner and problem-solving skills.
To have INITIATIVE and a CAN DO WILL DO ATTITUDE.
To be able and willing to work in a team environment and pitch in where required.
A SENSE OF HUMOUR IS A MUST, as well as the ability to laugh at yourself.
Salary will be paid according to experience.
