Legal Secretary & Pa

CR Law is a highly regarded law firm, with an experienced and diverse team of innovators.
They're on the lookout for a Legal Secretary & PA to join their team in 2025.You'll have previous experience in a similar role, so you'll have a good understanding of what is required to thrive in this position.
You'll be working closely with an experienced Partner, Lester Houghton, handling all aspects of legal administration including:DictationPreparing and processing legal documentsDeed and client file managementProviding PA support through diary and email managementArranging travelMaintaining time recordingYou'll have exceptionally high standards, and your attention to detail will be your biggest asset in this role.
You'll be known as conscientious, diligent, and mature.
You enjoy being visible in the office and are always on hand to lend a hand.In an ideal world, you'll have legal experience and, at a minimum, dictation experience along with good typing skills.
Most importantly, you're the right person for the role and will quickly establish a trusted and supportive working relationship with Lester and the wider CR Law team.This role is based at the Palmerston North office on Broadway.
The hours of work are flexible, between 22.5 – 37.5 hours per week, ideally worked across 5 days per week; however, this is negotiable for the right person.Interested?
