Key Responsibilities:
Act as the primary contact for scheduling and coordinating critical client meetings.Oversee complex file management, ensuring accuracy, organization, and compliance.Lead discovery processes and manage databases for high-stakes cases.Prepare and review court bundles, casebooks, and intricate legal documents.Draft, proofread, and format high-level documents, ensuring meticulous attention to detail.Drive billing processes, manage administrative projects, and streamline team workflows. About You:
As a seasoned legal secretary, you bring confidence, autonomy, and a proactive approach to every task. This role is ideal for someone with:
5+ years of experience in a senior legal support role, ideally in litigation.Proven organizational and leadership skills with a focus on efficiency.Exceptional communication skills and a strong ability to liaise with senior stakeholders.Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office and legal practice management software.A strategic mindset with the ability to handle complex, multi-layered tasks effectively.
