About the role This role will include exceptional secretarial, administrative and conveyancing support to the Property team. This will include opening and closing files, managing diaries, liaising with clients, processing end-of-month billing, AML compliance, drafting and formatting documents - including letters of engagement, settlement statements, etc.
About you Our client is looking for someone that has at least 2 years of experience in a similar role. You will be a confident legal support professional, with a strong understanding of the conveyancing process, with previous exposure to Landonline, e-dealings and settlements.
You will show a great level of initiative and have the ability and confidence to forward plan the team's needs.
Additionally, you will have:
