Our clients are looking for dedicated Legal Secretaries/Executives to provide short and long-term administrative assistance to lawyers specializing in Property, Commercial, and Private Client matters.What We're Looking ForThe ideal candidates will have extensive legal administration experience and a strong foundation in office management skills. Key responsibilities will include:Document Preparation: Draft, edit, and proofread a variety of legal documents with precision and accuracy.Financial Management: Prepare settlement statements and statements of account, ensuring compliance and accuracy in all billing matters.File Management: Organize and manage case files effectively to facilitate easy access and retrieval.Diary and Invoicing Management: Handle the scheduling of appointments and manage invoicing processes to support solicitors efficiently.Travel and Meeting Arrangements: Coordinate travel logistics and arrange meetings as needed.Client Interaction: Engage with clients through in-person meetings, emails, and phone calls, ensuring a positive experience and maintaining professional relationships.General Administrative Tasks: Perform ad-hoc tasks, including managing emails, calendars, and phone calls, to ensure smooth daily operations.About YouTo be considered for this role, candidates must possess the following qualifications:Extensive legal administration experience, ideally with exposure to Property, Commercial, or Private Client matters.Strong commercial acumen and a solid understanding of the legal field.A strong ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining a high level of accuracy.Fantastic communication skills, both verbal and written, to liaise effectively with clients and colleagues.Availability for both short-term and long-term assignments.This is an excellent opportunity to work with a variety of clients in vibrant legal environments.
