Legal Secretary

We are currently seeking an experienced Legal Secretary to provide temporary support for a leading law firm in Christchurch. This is a full-time position with an immediate start, offering a great opportunity for someone who can hit the ground running.You will be working closely with a team of senior legal professionals.Key Responsibilities:Transcribe dictation and provide word processing supportAssist with billing and invoicing processesOpen new client files and mattersProvide Anti-Money Laundering (AML) support to fee earnersAssist with commercial lease documentationManage and organise legal documentsWhat We're Looking For:Proven experience in a similar role, ideally within a legal settingStrong organisational skills and ability to multitaskExcellent communication and time management abilitiesFamiliarity with legal billing, invoicing, and AML procedures is a plusIf you're available for an immediate start and are confident in supporting a busy legal team, we'd love to hear from you!At Randstad, we are passionate about providing equal employment opportunities and embracing diversity to the benefit of all.
