Their innovative and collaborative approach to working includes a comprehensive wellbeing scheme, with a focus on empowering their employees.About the RoleAs a high-performing member of their administrative team, you will provide direct support to multiple authors across a range of high-calibre files and effectively manage the team's busy schedule.You will support multiple authors, including practice partners across a variety of litigation and disputes files, with a specific focus on relationship property, family law, and contentious trust and estate matters, interacting with the firm's full portfolio of high-profile clients to ensure the smooth and successful running of their practice.Within this space, you will be required to contribute to and sustain the premium-quality experience that is delivered to clients. You will be responsible for diary management, organising appointments, booking travel, meeting rooms and mediations, liaising with clients and other third parties, as well as assisting with end of month billings, documentation preparation and collation, file management and supporting the team while assisting partners with overall management of their team, workflows, and client base.Their team prides themselves on their newly advanced systems and forward-focused technology, as well as their emphasis on ensuring consistent workflows for support staff.
