Join our client, known for their expertise and exceptional team, as a Legal Secretary in their stunning offices in the heart of the Auckland CBD.Our clients are seeking a Legal Secretary to join their corporate team.
You will play a key role in supporting partners, managing multiple tasks and fostering strong internal and external relationships.With a strong emphasis on a people-first approach and a long history in New Zealand, our client offers an incredible chance to join their fast-paced and high-performing Corporate team.
Your responsibilities will include:Directly liaising with clients to organise meetings and events, and to communicate with them on administrative and specific file matters.Coordinating and supporting business development and marketing initiatives, along with client reporting.Managing the team's monthly billing process and overseeing specific client engagement requirements such as file status reports.Preparing loan and financing documents, reports, statements, and presentations, while managing documents and files within the dedicated system.About You:With previous secretarial experience in a professional services environment, you'll be ready to add value to a busy and growing team while also taking that next step in your career.Additionally, you will:Possess a proactive approach to work, handling tasks independently and anticipating needs.Demonstrate impeccable time management, prioritising workflow to meet deadlines effectively.Exhibit high standards of professionalism, including excellent communication, accuracy, and attention to detail.Show a strong team mentality, adept at fostering and building internal and external relationships, with a great sense of humour.Maintain confidentiality and commercial sensitivity, with extensive experience in the Microsoft Office suite, and diary management.Display highly tuned administration skills, especially in monthly billing.Capable of multi-tasking, prioritising tasks, thinking laterally, and working effectively under pressure.In return, you will get the opportunity to work for a successful firm, with an emphasis on diversity and inclusion, and an award-winning culture.
