To support their team, they offer a paid leave day for self-care and personal wellness.The RoleIn this role, you will play a crucial part in supporting the firm's busy property and commercial team. You'll manage a variety of responsibilities. Your ability to provide high-level administrative support and handle legal processes efficiently will be the key to your success. This role is more than just providing administrative support; you will be a key player helping authors in their processes. Key responsibilities include:Practice broadly incorporates residential and commercial property and conveyancing matters, working with more specialised bespoke commercial work.Assisting with subdivision work, including documentation and legal processes.Providing high-level administrative support to one senior author and associated authors.Working closely with a dynamic support team.Handle dictation, transcription, and proofreading of legal documents.Manage incoming and outgoing emails and phone calls.About YouOur client is looking for someone with a team-oriented approach to working, as well as a genuine desire to gain ownership over their work amongst a busy and collaborative team environment.
