The Role In this role, you will play a crucial part in supporting the firm's busy property and commercial team. You'll manage a variety of responsibilities. Your ability to provide high-level administrative support and handle legal processes efficiently will be the key to your success. This role is more than just providing administrative support; you will be a key player helping authors in their processes. Key responsibilities include:
Practice broadly incorporates residential and commercial property and conveyancing matters, working with more specialised bespoke commercial work.
Assisting with subdivision work, including documentation and legal processes.
Providing high-level administrative support to one senior author and associated authors.
Working closely with a dynamic support team.
Handle dictation, transcription, and proofreading of legal documents.
Manage incoming and outgoing emails and phone calls.
About You Our client is looking for someone with a team-oriented approach to working, as well as a genuine desire to gain ownership over their work amongst a busy and collaborative team environment. You will have an approachable, empathetic approach to your communication and an excellent record for building long-term relationships.

Due to the demands of this busy role supporting senior staff, you will be a confident legal support professional with a strong understanding of accounting processes.
2 + years of previous experience working within a practicing law firm environment is essential for this role.
