Legal Secretary – Commercial and Property13-month contractMid-January startOur client is a small commercial and property-based law firm based in Hamilton's CBD. They are looking for an experienced Legal Secretary to support one of the Directors and the Legal Executive. The successful applicant will be joining a team of long-standing employees who enjoy working together and enjoy social activities as a group.
Although initially a 13-month contract, there is certainly progression for the right person who would like to continue their career in law.
Key areas of responsibility will include: Providing administrative supportDrafting and proofreading letters, documents and settlement statementsManagement and organization of files and recordsDiary managementGeneral duties relating to a law officeWe are looking for an individual with proven experience as a Legal Secretary.
