About the role:
Welcome and assist clients with professionalism and warmth.
Manage phone calls, emails, and office supplies effectively.
Maintain filing systems and handle administrative tasks.
Assist with billing and invoicing.
Contribute to planning staff activities and events.
About you:
Strong customer service and communication skills.
1+ years' experience in a similar role, ideally in the legal sector or a desire to work in the industry.
High attention to detail and accuracy with work.
Familiarity with office systems and legal software preferred.
Team player with adaptability in a dynamic environment.
