About the Role
As a high-performing member of the administrative team, you will provide direct support to multiple authors across a range of high-calibre files, particularly within civil disputes, litigation, and other related matters.
You'll collaborate with various team members on significant projects throughout the region, involving areas such as property development, compliance, and sustainability initiatives, among others.
In this role, you will contribute to and maintain the premium-quality service delivered to clients. The team regularly interacts with local governments, policymakers, and other key stakeholders. You'll assist with preparing and collating documentation, managing files, and supporting the team while also helping partners manage workflows and their client base.
The team prides itself on utilising advanced systems and forward-thinking technology, ensuring smooth workflows for support staff. This is an environment where you'll have both the resources and the flexibility to deliver real value.
About You
This role will suit someone who is eager to specialise their legal administrative experience to-date in the resource management and advisory space amongst a high-performing and social team. Suitable applicants may come from a property, commercial, or litigation background with some exposure to local government or policy-based work.

Please Note: 2+ years of NZ experience in a practicing firm is essential for your application to be considered for this role.
