We believe in making big bets on the brightest people, and that could be you.Qualifications & experienceA Legal Executive and/or Conveyancing Diploma required with a minimum 3 years experience in property law office and able to demonstrate a high level of competency.Interpersonal skills that demonstrate a willingness to learn, receive direction and mentorship and in return to share, teach, contribute, mentor and guide.A developing leader, who shows initiative and ambition, has pride in their work and in professional service and customer satisfaction and care ethos.Sound computer skills and IT literacy, including phone, email, and online applications.Strong organizational skills and time management, use of diary calendars and tasking systems.An awareness and sensitivity to cultural diversity, being able to connect with people and getting satisfaction from helping others achieve their goals. Building relationships and trust.Shows resilience, determination, and the ability to cope under pressure. It gets very busy here.Tasks & responsibilitiesBe part of our conveyancing and property development team, increasing and developing your skills in a broad range of property transactions. From residential and commercial conveyancing, financing arrangements, subdivisions, business sales and purchases, commercial leases, and general property law matters.Building and maintaining strong client and third party relationships whilst demonstrating an alignment and fit with the Conveyancing Plus culture and values.Maintain an excellent standard of written and spoken communication. Drafting and reviewing agreements for sale and purchase, maintaining excel spreadsheets for development clients; reviewing contracts and completing other instruments that create interests in real and personal property. Being able to advise clients verbally and in writing and take clear instructions.Networking inside and outside of the office, building strong rapport with staff and clients and stakeholders.Competent dealings with Trusts, Company formation and other entities as required to provide an overall service to our clients in relation to conveyancing and property law.Client and matter file management, use of CMS Systems customary for Legal and Conveyancing Firms (OneLaw).The right candidate may be given the opportunity to complete a structured development program that is designed to provide leadership opportunities and increase talents and skills necessary to create a potential pathway for firm ownership.Small team environment with a whanau feel.Continuous mentoring and opportunities for professional growth, including continuing education from external providers.Your application will include the following questions: Which of the following statements best describes your right to work in New Zealand?How many years' experience do you have as a Legal Executive?How many years' experience do you have in property law?What's your expected annual base salary?How much notice are you required to give your current employer?Do you have a current Police Check (Criminal Record Check) for employment?Do you own or have regular access to a car?Report this job advert Don't provide your bank or credit card details when applying for jobs.#J-18808-Ljbffr
