While the role is ideally full-time, there may be some flexibility for the right candidate.Key Responsibilities:Managing conveyancing matters from initiation to completion, including sales, purchases, and refinancing.Drafting and reviewing legal documents such as agreements for sale and purchase, leases, mortgages, wills, and enduring powers of attorney (EPOAs).Working closely with clients, lenders, and other professionals to facilitate seamless property transactions.About YouWe are seeking a qualified Legal Executive with a passion for property law.
