Legal Executive

MWIS Lawyers has served Northlanders by offering a wide range of legal services including property, employment, family and commercial law, trusts and estates, Maori land and civil litigation.  We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Legal Executive to join our team. The successful candidate will work closely with our team of lawyers and support staff to assist with a variety of legal matters and provide exceptional service to our clients.  In this role, you will be responsible for: Legal document drafting (Wills, EPOA's, Leases, Trust and Conveyancing documents) Assist with client consultations and case management To be successful in this role you will need to bring: A sound understanding of personal property, Estate, and/or trust law Agility and tenacity to perform within a fast-paced, high-volume work environment Proven experience working as a Legal Executive  Excellent digital, verbal and written skills, with the ability to adjust your communication to suit a range of audiences Honesty, transparency and empathy High level, strategic and authentic relationship engagement management skills Nou te rourou| What's in it for you We are a smaller firm that understands you need to make time for priorities outside of work  We offer competitive and industry benchmarked salary packages You can join one of a number of company sports teams and regular social events  If you want to work with a firm where you can work alongside great people, undertaking rewarding and challenging work please come and join our team.
