Selection Criteria
Crucial for this role is a strong foundation in residential property matters, coupled with excellent knowledge and the capability to manage files from start to finish. Team fit is vital. This small, friendly office operates as a tight-knit unit, priding itself on first-class customer service. The team works diligently when needed, but also enjoys having fun.
You will:
Be a seasoned Legal Executive who thrives working independently;
Excel at managing property transactions independently;
Have advanced abilities in reviewing and reporting on LIMs;
Be familiar with setting up bank payments;
Deliver exceptional client service with warmth and professionalism.
