About the firm
An excellent opportunity has arisen with one of our clients looking to welcome on-board an experienced Legal Executive in the Property and Private Client space. As a mid-sized firm based in the CBD, my clients are a tight-knit team dedicated to servicing their longstanding client base across New Zealand.
About the Role
Primarily focused across areas of property law, wills, trusts, and estates, this role will also have the potential to cover work outside of these areas where the candidate is qualified to do so. This role will see you involved in:
Residential and commercial property sales and purchases.
Maintaining the companies act requirements for the firm's trust services companies.
Maintaining the PPSR requirements for clients of the firm.
Potentially some trust & estate administration work as required from time to time.
About You
As a qualified Legal Executive, you will operate with confidence and have the ability to manage your work autonomously. Supported by strong interpersonal and communication skills, you will be dedicated to going above and beyond for your clients. With the ability to organize and manage your workload efficiently, you will also be very detail-oriented.
