We are actively seeking an in-house Legal Counsel who will report to Vista Group's General Counsel and Company Secretary.This role is responsible for providing sound and timely commercial legal advice and services to all of Vista Group's global teams.You will be responsible for:Contract drafting/managementCommercial negotiationCorporate governance and intellectual property managementInstructing and liaising with external professional advisers to the Vista Group companiesGeneral complianceYou will need to be a qualified solicitor with at least four years' experience, ideally in the IT/software/technology space.
