LEGAL COUNSEL As a Legal Counsel, you'll work with a great team of trusted experts; negotiating contracts, ensuring we're above board with regulations, and safeguarding our intellectual property. You'll be a key player in cross-departmental collaborations, bringing your legal prowess to the table. With our ever-evolving projects, no two days are alike.
WHAT YOU'LL GET TO DO: Facilitate the establishment of launch agreements, ensuring comprehensive coverage and legal clarity.Responsible for drafting documents outlining communication protocols with ground stations globally, involving multiple layers of agreements with distinct terms.Negotiate commercial agreements, offer advice to internal and external clients, and propose contract language changes.Handle non-disclosure agreements originating from various business units, serving as the go-to resource for internal inquiries.Provide expert guidance on legal matters including NDAs, IP agreements, lease renewals, and supplier contracts.Communicate risks to key stakeholders, assist with legal projects, and improve operational processes.Ensure regulatory compliance, support business proposals, and liaise with external parties.Conduct legal research, manage document systems, and maintain confidentiality. Collaborate with colleagues to advance company goals.YOU'LL BRING THESE QUALIFICATIONS: Holds a BSc in Law with a minimum of 3 years' experience in a fast-paced legal environmentProficiently handle inquiries from internal stakeholders with an independent and effective approach to swiftly resolve issues.Highly skilled in interpreting contract terms with meticulous attention to detail.Exemplary written and verbal communication skills.Thrives independently in a dynamic, high-pressure environment with diverse priorities.Motivated and adept at delivering exceptional client service.Complies with health and safety regulations and demonstrates willingness to travel as needed.Demonstrates flexibility to assist international teams outside regular hours on occasion.Manufacturing or production expertise favourable.If you are looking to join a great team and have a passion for Aerospace, we would love to hear from you!
