The firm's civil function is very strong nationwide, including high quality commercial and private client dispute workflows, so this will be an unmatched opportunity to advance your existing legal skillset amongst a social and supportive team.In this space, you will primarily provide sole support to the senior authors and partners of this team, operating to support the smooth running of their practice and enhance their client experience, whilst working collaboratively to meet key deadlines and assist with the preparation of court appearances and mediations.The busy and high-profile nature of this role demands a professional who can contribute to and sustain the high-quality experience that is delivered to clients. You will communicate directly with key stakeholders within the firm's litigation and disputes practice, including multiple senior authors, office managers and administrative staff, as well as clients and third parties across a range of commercial and civil disputes.Although this will ideally be across a range of civil areas, there is also capacity to cater to your unique skillset; this may include insolvency files, relationship property, trusts disputes, construction and commercial and/or PI and insurance related areas.About YouAs a successful applicant for this role, you will have 1 + year of experience operating within a high-performing legal team, with significant project-based assignment or specialised support across Court-based administrative work and document collaboration, whilst working in a secretarial capacity.The team is looking for someone with an exceptionally organised approach to work to support the busy schedule of practice partners, taking initiative to coordinate inbound workflows and events, problem solving and communicating with staff to ensure that all deadlines are met, whilst providing a high level of support to their designated authors.Outside of your technical skillset, this is also a workplace where you can be excited about bringing your full-self to the office.
