Legal Administrator / Receptionist

We're looking for an exceptional Administrator to join our Wanaka team.
You might come from a legal administration background but enjoy wider office administration or have a more general office administration background but with an interest in taking on some legal administration tasks.
Either way, you need to be reliable and approachable, someone who has initiative and a strong work ethic, and someone who quickly grasps and masters new technology.
Some experience in a professional, client-facing environment is advantageous, but the most important thing is the right attitude.
This role is responsible for a range of administrative functions and keeping our small (but busy) office humming and happy.
Tasks include: Managing our reception area Engaging with clients, staff, and other professionals Providing administrative support to Partners and other staff So, you must be someone who really enjoys going the extra mile for the team.
