Legal Administration Manager

We have the pleasure of working with an outstanding full-service, national law firm in their search for a Legal Administration Manager. This individual will provide high-level support to the legal team and clients while leading their administration team.
We are looking for someone who shows great initiative and a proactive nature when it comes to work and solving complex problems. Your role will be a great mix of administration, leadership, and business development, so you must have at least 5 years of experience working in legal, preferably in a people management capacity, along with proven experience mentoring and leading staff.
Additionally, you will: Have experience with end-of-month billing and be well-versed in its intricacies.Understand the bigger picture and manage workflows effectively.Have proven experience in building strong relationships both internally and externally with clients.Be committed to streamlining processes and improving efficiencies across the team and wider business.Manage and oversee team events, social functions, and client events.Knowledge of compliance, particularly AML and CDD processes.Excellent communication skills.This is an exciting opportunity to lead a talented team in a collaborative environment, with the chance to drive process improvements and further your professional growth.
