Nga korero mo te turanga - About the roleTe Kura Toi School of Arts is seeking two full-time Lecturers in English:One position specialising in Literature in English pre-1900One position specialising in Literature in English post-1900Both roles will involve teaching relevant undergraduate and postgraduate courses, actively contributing to the School's research culture, and supervising student research.Salary will be in the range of $87,500 to $104,322 per year based on skills, knowledge and experience. You will bring a passion for and expertise in English literary studies, support the University's commitment to Te Tiriti o Waitangi, and understand how your research contributes to the profession and the wider community.You will have experience teaching undergraduate students, including lecturing to large groups and conducting small-group seminars and tutorials. Your teaching will be research-led, enhanced by innovative methods, materials, models, and virtual techniques.
