Our School is seeking an energetic pharmacy academic who will conduct high-quality, impactful research around spinal cord injury as part of a supportive and collaborative team.
The successful applicant will provide quality, innovative teaching to both undergraduate and postgraduate students within a multi-professional medical and health faculty.

The successful candidate will embrace strategic and operational service at the School, Faculty and University levels to enhance the sound reputation of the School's service contributions.
Qualifications Applicants must demonstrate an understanding of contemporary pharmacy practice, including the emerging professional roles of practising pharmacists in Aotearoa.
The School prides itself in delivering learning that enhances practice and is research-led through a modular curriculum.
As such, the successful applicant will integrate their research and practice experience into the learning of our undergraduate and postgraduate students, providing the foundation for advancing the contribution of pharmacists to the wider healthcare team.
For appointment as Lecturer, applicants will have a PhD in an area closely relevant to pharmacy and spinal cord injury research, or be close to submitting their thesis.
A research track record and evidence of an active research program that is aligned to spinal cord injury is preferred.
At the very least there is a need to demonstrate the potential for independent research.
Being a New Zealand registered pharmacist is highly desirable.
This is a  Fulltime (40hrs/week), fixed term (01/04/2025 - 31/03/2029) Role Remuneration:  $94,981-$101,141 dependent on experience and qualifications For more detailed information, please refer to the  Position Description .
