Te Kura Mahi a-Hirikapo | School of Psychology, Speech and HearingLocated in Otautahi | Christchurch, Aotearoa | New ZealandFull-time 37.5 hours per week (1.0 FTE)Three year fixed-term position, ideally starting no later than January 2025.Au Mahi | What You Will DoWe have an exciting opportunity for a Pukenga | Lecturer to coordinate and deliver the Postgraduate Diploma in Organisational Psychology which will be offered starting in February 2025.The Postgraduate Diploma in Organisational Psychology is a new programme in the School of Psychology, Speech and Hearing which leads successful graduates to be eligible to apply to register as psychologists with the NZ Psychologists Board. It will be the only registration pathway dedicated to organisational psychology offered by a New Zealand university, and we are looking for someone who is enthusiastic about programme development and delivery.Mou | Who You AreThe successful candidate will have industry experience and eligibility for registration with the NZ Psychologists Board. A PhD is desired but not required (please note that a Master's degree is required). Experience teaching in a relevant field will be a benefit. The role involves supervision and mentoring of Master's students.
