The successful candidate must: Have experience of teaching and motivating FE students. Hold a relevant degree; a higher degree is desirable. Have a relevant teaching qualification or equivalent teaching qualification. Have GCSE Maths and English (A*-C) Be well organised with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
