Then this could be the position for you.If you have an interest in supporting students to enter the beauty and/or hairdressing industry, UCOL's Wairarapa Campus has an exciting opportunity available for a motivated and passionate Beauty / Retail Lecturer, fixed-term, part-time position (16 hours per week, Wednesdays and Fridays until 19 September and then 8 hours per week on Fridays from 26 September to 5 December).
The successful candidate will have current skills, knowledge, and ideally 3 to 5 years current industry experience to deliver our U-Skills (Trades Academy) Hair, Beauty and Retail and NZC Salon Skills (Introductory) L2 programmes.This position, based in Masterton, will require you to be hands-on, facilitating one-on-one learning, mentoring and motivating students, and working with students individually, so your well-tuned rapport and communication skills will be required.
As well as working with a dynamic team, you will have the full support of the Academic Portfolio Manager.We want your energy, creativity, passion, and intelligence.
